An international applicant is defined as an applicant who is not a citizen or permanent resident (green card holder) of the United States.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Admission Requirement<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>International <span style=\"color: #333399;\">students<\/span> who need an I-20 must apply for admission as a full-time student.<\/p>\n<p>An international student must meet the <a href=\"\/web\/apply-2\/\">application requirements<\/a> and is required to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete and submit the<em>\u00a0 I-20 Request Form<\/em>\u00a0(<a href=\"\/web\/forms\/requestform_i20.pdf\">Download Request form<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Submit the Foreign Credential Evaluation evaluated by a member of\u00a0the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) agency.<\/li>\n<li>Meet the English Language Proficiency Requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Submit official documentation from banks and employers to show financial resources in order to meet all educational costs to attend\u00a0a university in the U.S.<\/li>\n<li>Pay a non-refundable Mailing Fee of $50 for domestic, or $100 for international (for I-20 to be mailed out)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All applications and documents should be sent to the following address:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Office of Admissions<br \/>South Baylo University<br \/>1126 N. Further information can be found at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/\">www.uscis.gov<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Foreign Transcript Evaluation<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If an applicant has completed any coursework or a degree or degrees from institutions outside of the United States, he or she must request an official course-by-course evaluation from<span> a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) agency\u00a0<\/span><a title=\"World Education Services\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wes.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><\/a>to be forwarded to the following address for review along with the application for admission:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">South Baylo University<br \/>Office of Admissions<br \/>1126 N. This must be demonstrated by one of the following means:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
