Requests cannot\u00a0be taken over the phone.<\/p>\n<p>All requests for<span>\u00a0<\/span>enrollment,<span>\u00a0<\/span>good standing\u00a0or<span>\u00a0<\/span>graduation verification\u00a0must be submitted in writing to the Registrar&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>The verifications will be faxed or mailed directly to a third party upon request. Applicants for degree conferral must plan to complete their program requirements by the end of the quarter for which they applied.<\/p>\n<p><b><span color=\"#000099\" style=\"color: #000099;\"><span>Diplomas:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Once your academic requirements are completed and your financial obligations to the University have been met, your diploma will be issued in four weeks. It is available for pick up by the student with a photo ID. If you wish to have the diploma mailed, please check for the Diploma mailing fee on DOC form. Diplomas are sent by USPS; the fee is $20 for the United States, $30 for Canada and Mexico, and $50 for mailing abroad.<\/p>\n<p><b><span color=\"#000099\" style=\"color: #000099;\"><span>Replacement Diplomas:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>In the event that a diploma is lost, stolen or damaged, a request for a replacement,<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"\/web\/forms\/doc.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Document Request form<\/a>, may be sent to the registrar\u2019s office. The cost for a replacement diploma is $100.00, and the process may take from four to six weeks from the time it is ordered. The new diploma will bear a statement in the lower margin, certifying that the diploma is, in substance, reissued.<\/p>\n<p><span><b><span color=\"#000099\" style=\"color: #000099;\">Commencement:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>All students who receive degrees in September, December, March, and June of the academic year may participate in the Commencement celebration in May.
