He owns and operates a fitness gym since 2000 and opened his practice in 2004. He holds a master\u2019s degree in clinical nutrition, a Ph.D. in clinical nutrition, a second master\u2019s degree in East Asian Medicine (MSAOM), and a second doctorate in East Asian Medicine (DAOM). Dr. Cassone is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of California and operates a high volume clinic seeing over 150 patients a week. He has also written 3 books and treats patients all over the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Content:<\/strong><br \/> This course provides an overview of the digestive system including anatomy and physiology related to common pathologies. Dr. Cassone will discuss concepts from both Eastern and Western approaches and how to use clinical nutrition for better patient outcomes.
