1. Log in to your student portal – https://www.southbaylo.edu/portal/

2. To bring up the list of courses for your registration:
     •  Click on “Menu” located on the top right corner of the page
     •  A drop down menu will appear.
     •  Click on “Course.”
     •  Then “Course Pre-Registration  ,” page will appear.
          ○  Select your Payment Type: Cash or Financial Aid
          ○  Select the Campus: Online (WEB) or Anaheim (Offline)
              ❖  This selection will bring up courses for the selected campus.
          ○  Select your Language: English, Korean, Chinese
              ❖  This selection will bring up courses for the selected language.
          ○  Click on “Show Classes Available”
          ○  A list of “Courses Available for Registration” will appear.

3. Look through the list and select the courses for your registration by clicking on the boxes available on the second column of the course list (a check mark will appear if the course is selected).

4. After your selection(s), click on “Pre-register Selected Courses,” on the bottom of the page, highlighted in blue.

5. “Pre-registrations Pending Approval,” page will appear
     •  Note: Your pre-registration is not final until approved by the Academic Office.

6. Print the page
     •  Click on “Print Page” located in the top right corner of the page.

7. Send (or take) the printed page to the Academic Office:  Dr. Henry Choi (Academic Dean, hchoi@southbaylo.edu), Dr. Ping Hsin Li (Master’s Program Director, programdirectoran@southbaylo.edu), or  Dr. Joseph Suh (Doctoral Program Director, hhsuh@southbaylo.edu) for course approval signature. Without this, you are not fully registered for the courses. 

8. Submit the approved document to the front office (or online) to process your course payment.
