Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays and Happy New year!
As we wind down 2022 and get ready to ring in 2023 now is the time to be grateful for what we have been given and appreciate what we have accomplished together. While colleges and Universities across the country are all experiencing enrollment challenges, South Baylo University has accomplished much and with hard work and God’s grace, will prosper.
This year we brought in new board members, a new administration, and a new resolve to meet and overcome our challenges. We got permission to start our professional doctorate program. We reduced the time to earn a DAOM to two years. We equalized staff compensation. We launched our SBU Scholarship competition for new students. We restarted the awarding of scholarships for current students. For the first time we have stopped the decline in enrollments. We have brought a spirit of cheer and hope to our campuses.
There is more to tell, but the most important thing to share is that I am grateful to our SBU community for these accomplishments. More are on the way.
In the meantime, do not forget that registration for the Winter Quarter is ongoing and that we start again on January 3, 2023. Don’t forget about our PD and DAOM courses. And urge your friends and relatives to tell their friends and relatives about South Baylo.

2022年，我们带来了新的董事会成员、新的管理部门以及应对和克服挑战的新决心。我们获准了开始专业博士课程。我们将DAOM 的时间缩短为两年。我们平衡了员工薪酬。我们为新生发起了 SBU 奖学金竞赛。我们重新开始为在读学生颁发奖学金。我们第一次阻止了入学人数的下降。我们为南湾大学校园带来了欢呼和希望的精神。
最重要的是我要感谢我们的 SBU 的全体人员，大家的努力让我们取得的这些成就。在不久的未来，我们将获得更多的成功。
与此同时，恳请大家不要忘记冬季学期的注册正在进行中，我们将于 2023 年 1 月 3 日再次迎接新的学期。请密切留意我们的 PD 和 DAOM 课程。并诚挚邀请您的亲戚朋友们尽快的了解我们的南湾大学，欢迎更多的朋友加入我们南湾大学温暖的怀抱。

2022 년을 마무리하고 2023 년을 맞이할 준비를 하는 지금은 우리가 가진 것에 감사해야 할 때입니다.
우리에게 주어진 것과 우리가 함께 성취한 것에 감사합니다. 전국적으로 대학들이 학생등록에
어려움을 겪고있는 상황속에서 South Baylo University 는 많은 것을 성취했습니다. 모두 열심히
일하고 있으며 하나님의 은혜로 앞으로도 계속 번성할 것입니다.
올해 우리는 새로운 이사회 구성원, 새로운 행정부, 그리고 도전에 맞서고 극복하기위한 새로운
방안도 구상했습니다.
올해 우리는 전문박사과정을 시작할 수있는 허가를 받았습니다. 우리는 DAOM 프로그램을 2 년만에
마칠 수있도록 했습니다. 우리는 직원 보상을 균등화했습니다. 우리는 신입생을 위한 장학금경연도
시작했고 재학생들을 위한 장학금제도도 다시 활발하게 시작했습니다. 점점 신입생들의 등록이
늘고있습니다. 우리는 다시금 SBU 에 활기와 희망의 정신을 되찾았습니다.
할말이 더 있지만 나누고싶은 가장 중요한 것은 SBU 커뮤니티에 이 모든 성과에 대해서 감사합다는
마음을 전하고싶습니다. 앞으로도 더 많은 것들이 진행중입니다.
잊지마세요. Winter Quarter 등록이 진행중이며 MSAOM 프로그램은 2023 년 1 월 3 일부터 , PD 및
